Photo Tips


To get the best portrait, it helps to have the best photo.
Though I take some artistic license, I try to be as faithful as possible to your photo. That means, the clearer the better. Here are a few things that might help:

Aim for a clear close up of your pet's face

The eyes are critical: avoid red eye and try to capture the iris and the pupil

Natural light works best: outside and inside

Get down to eye level rather than shooting downward

Don't use a flash--it often distorts the color
